NDIS Provider Seven Hills

Warm, person-centred NDIS support from a team that knows Seven Hills

Hold Hands Services is a registered NDIS provider Seven Hills families trust for personal care, community access, household tasks and life skills support. Our local support workers are police-checked, fully trained and matched to your goals, culture and routine.

Disability Support in the Heart of Seven Hills

Life in Seven Hills moves at a friendly, unhurried pace. Locals do their weekly shop at Seven Hills Plaza on Prospect Highway — a community hub since the 1960s — and commuters hop on the train at Seven Hills Station for an easy ride to Blacktown or Parramatta. At Hold Hands Services, we believe your disability support should feel just as local and just as dependable.

Whether your plan calls for a hand with personal care each morning, help keeping the house in order, or a support worker to head out into the community with you, we shape every shift around your goals and your routine. We also support participants in neighbouring Toongabbie, Kings Langley, Girraween, Prospect and Blacktown, so family and friends nearby can often be looked after by the same local team.

As a registered NDIS provider, everything we deliver is backed by the quality and safeguarding standards of the NDIS Commission. If you’re ready for support that genuinely fits your life, we’d love to hear from you.

Seven Hills NDIS Questions, Answered

Straight answers to the things local participants and families ask us most often.

Do I have to live in Seven Hills to use your services?

Not at all. While many of our participants call this suburb home, we also support people in Toongabbie, Kings Langley, Girraween, Prospect, Blacktown and right across Western Sydney. If you’re nearby, there’s a good chance our local team already works in your street.

How do I know if I'm eligible for the NDIS?

Generally, you need to be under 65 when you apply, live in Australia as a citizen or permanent resident (or hold a Protected Special Category Visa), and have a permanent and significant disability that affects everyday activities. The eligibility checklist on the NDIS website is a good first step, and we’re happy to point you in the right direction before you apply.

Can you work with my plan, however it's managed?

Yes. As a registered NDIS provider, we can deliver supports whether your plan is NDIA-managed, plan-managed or self-managed. We’ll explain which of your funding categories can pay for each support before anything begins, so there are no surprises.

I don't drive. Can a support worker help me get around?

Absolutely. Our workers can accompany you to medical appointments, the shops at Seven Hills Plaza, or social activities, and can travel with you on the train from Seven Hills Station or local bus routes. If building travel confidence is one of your goals, we can make travel training part of your life skills supports.

How do I get started with Hold Hands Services?

Simply call us or send an enquiry through our contact page. We’ll arrange a relaxed chat about your plan and what matters to you, then match you with a suitable support worker and put together a service agreement. Most local participants can begin receiving support soon after that first conversation.

A Local NDIS Provider You Can Count On

Finding an NDIS provider that local families can genuinely trust takes more than a quick web search. Hold Hands Services pairs deep familiarity with the City of Blacktown area with a person-first approach: you set the goals, and we bring the consistency, warmth and practical know-how to help you reach them. Participants and families tell us the difference is in the small things — turning up on time, remembering how you take your tea, and treating your home with respect.

Our local team supports people with a wide range of needs, including personal care, household tasks, community participation, life skills and supported independent living. Because Seven Hills mixes quiet residential pockets with busy retail and industrial strips along Prospect Highway, our workers are just as comfortable supporting you at home as they are joining you for errands, appointments or a social outing.

Support That Fits Your NDIS Plan

No two NDIS plans look the same, so we begin by listening. We sit down with you — and your family or support coordinator if you’d like — to understand what your funding covers and how to put it to work. New to the scheme? You can check your eligibility and learn how plans are built on the official National Disability Insurance Scheme website, then come to us when you’re ready for local support.

Across the local area and the wider Western Sydney region, participants choose us because we keep things simple: clear communication, flexible rosters and support workers who genuinely care. Reach out today for an obligation-free conversation about what you’d like your week to look like.
